1991 Flowers definitive 60s

Type I
Type II
There are two types of the 60s Flowers as described in Dr. Ngo's excellent study of the 1991-93 Flowers definitive series.

Type II is the redrawn printing.

Ngo describes the redrawn printing as follows:

“1991" was enlarged; the name of the flower is in slightly bolder type; "60s" was moved upwards and away from the right vertical perforations; and "PILIPINAS" was moved away from the left vertical perforations, so it is closer to the larger date (1991).

If I may add, the Type I stamp has a spot of background color on the central part of the flowers while the Type II stamp has none.
