A combination first day cover for Philatelic Week 1993 and show cover for Philpex '93, the Philippine Philatelic Exhibition held at the Manila Central Post Office from Nov. 22 to 27, 1993.

It says Philpex '93 was an exhibit of the International Philippine Philatelic Society in cooperation with the Philpost, United Nations Postal Administration, Cebu Philatelic Society, Quezon City Philatelic Society and Young Philatelists' Society.

Looks like the signature is that of Edison G. Cornejo of the YPS. There's an EGC beside the IPPS logo at left so he must have designed this show cover.

The show was held at the Manila Central Post Office from February 22 to 28, 1993.

This one was for the show held at the Mapua Institute of Technology from February 24 to 26.

Another Youngpex '92 was held at the University of Santo Tomas from February 12 to 14.
