Mailed from Manila, it was missent to Baldwin Park in California, as the handstamped auxiliary marking says.

The intended address is Burbank (home to movie studios), which is also in California.

meter stamp 1

This 1993 meter stamp from Pasay City has a generic mail station for the slogan part of the Pitney-Bowes impression.

The mail station is St. Anthony (rubberstamped above the printed airmail etiquette).

Is a mail station ("Your  Neighborhood Post Office") the same as the current postal station?

A postal station is defined by the Philippine Postal Corporation as a "PHLPost-authorized facility established and operated wholly or in part by a person, entity or local government unit for the purpose of performing postal business and sale of any other related products and services".

The St. Anthony Mail Station is not listed on PHLPost's website as a postal station.

ring flaw 17

The "blood drop" variety of the 20-sentimo 1967 commemorative stamp issued for the 25th anniversary of the Battle of Bataan is a flaw on the woman's skirt, above the right thigh of the soldier.

On this marginal block of four, it's on the lower left stamp.
