Found this block of 20 Rizal stamps of 1977 in a box lot I bought from today's auction conducted by the APO Philatelic Society.
I remember reading an article written by Mandy Labayen (either Sunday Philatelist or Hobby Time) mentioning many color shades of the portrait, the frame and even the background color of this definitive. Too many, in fact, such that it's not easy to determine which is the normal!
Anyway the first auction of 2019 saw some 20 bidders participating in a sale that offered 350 lots of mostly philatelic and numismatic collectibles.
