glittery stamp

In today's edition of The Philippine Star --

"Pia Wurtzbach stamps out this month"

Excerpts --

"A special glittery stamp featuring Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach will be released this month, the Philippine Postal Corp. (PHLPost) said yesterday.
"Elenita San Diego, PHLPost philatelic service director, said the Pia Wurtzbach souvenir sheet would be embellished with glitter.
"'The request is for the Pia Wurtzbach stamp to have a tactile glittery finish. The glitters would be limited to her crown, so when you touch that part you would feel the rough texture,' San Diego told The STAR.
"She said they are also planning to have the souvenir stamp embossed, adding they created a glitter of diamond design for the background."
