ASEANPEX '96 was the 7th Asean International Philatelic Exhibition, held at Manila from December 14 to 17, 1996.
There was a series of four sets issued for this exhibit, one day at a time, as follows:

Dec 15 se-tenant B/4 Historical Places in the Philippines in Rizal's
Life with souvenir sheet
Dec 16 se-tenant B/4 Works of Rizal with souvenir sheet
Dec 17 se-tenant B/4 Historical Places Abroad in Rizal's Life with
souvenir sheet
Collectors of Rizaliana must have had a field day!
