1968 Philatelic Week FDC
The first Philatelic Week issue, for 1968, actually came out in 1969.
This was done by overprinting the 4s value of the 1967 commemorative issued for the 65th anniversary of the Bureau of Posts.
The printed cachet at left of the first day cover shown above is a logo of the APO Philatelic Society (named here as APO Philatelic Club). The logo's design elements have changed, except the shape -- diamond.
