The slogan cancel on this postal card was used from February 15 to March 15, 1952, so this example was struck on the last day of use.

It called for donations to the 1952 Fund Campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross, the fifth annual such campaign originally scheduled for February 15 to March 14 but was extended to April 15 because the PNRC needed "additional time to carry out its campaign successfully".
