P5 Official Cash Ticket

This P5 official cash ticket was used in Paranaque City last February 10.

Street vendors along Sucat Road paid P20 each to sell their food items.

The ticket is handstamped front and back.

Cash Ticket: Misamis Oriental

The new cash ticket of the province of Misamis Oriental.

Note that it is no longer inscribed as "Official Cash Ticket" and that there's a printed serial number.

There is no printing on the back.

Got this last January 20 at the De Lara Park fronting the provincial capitol for use of the public restroom. The attendant halves the ticket before entering the restroom, hence I bought it for my collection without using the restroom.

Official Cash Ticket: Pagadian City

So far the smallest official cash ticket I've come across is this one issued by the local government of Pagadian City.

Ten pesos was the entrance fee to the government-owned Rotonda overlooking the city.

Got a horizontal strip of 4 last January 22 and halved it to show the printing at back.

Official Cash Ticket: PPA

Here's a different Official Cash Ticket...issued by the Philippine Ports Authority.

This was used at the Port of Ozamis on March 24, 2003, as proof of payment for the passenger's entrance fee to the terminal.

Before exiting from the terminal, a guard damages the ticket by making a tear to prevent reuse.

The PPA later labeled the ticket as Terminal Fee Ticket.

Ozamis has changed its spelling to Ozamiz. 

Official Cash Ticket: Zamboanga City

This was used at the Paseo del Mar for parking on February 13, 2013.

Paseo del Mar is a local government-run seaside park in Zamboanga City.

Official Cash Ticket: Surigao del Sur

Found this horizontal strip of 5 in a public utility van, which I rode from Hayanggabon in Claver (Surigao del Norte) to Bad-as in Placer (Surigao del Norte). The van must have come from Carrascal (Surigao del Sur) as written on the back with the date Oct. 10, 2010. 

Official Cash Ticket: Ozamiz City

If I recall rightly, this was used as receipt for entrance fee (P5) to the Cotta Fort in Ozamiz City (dated Sept. 28, 1998).

The P2 black was used for parking fee, and use of the public restroom of the De Lara Park, in front of the provincial capitol grounds. I have recorded the following dates: June 8, 2005, September, 22, 2005, November 11, 2005, March 21, 2006, May 2006, April 13, 2009. It was also used at the public restroom of the bus terminal at Balingoan, Misamis Oriental, on September 2006. This also exists without printing on the back.

The P2 blue (larger in size than the black) was used for payment at the public restroom of the Balingoan bus terminal on April 2011, and another at the public restroom of the De Lara Park on August 21, 2010.

Official Cash Ticket: Iligan City

I bought a horizontal strip of 5 of the P2 blue as a souvenir from the Iligan City Integrated Bus Terminal (for buses bound northeast) on November 15, 2009. The rate for use of the public restroom at the terminal was P2.

Official Cash Ticket : Gingoog City

I found the P2 with small lettering on July 18, 2013.

The P2 with large lettering was used at the public restroom of the Gingoog City bus terminal on Oct. 6, 2010, and another on February 7, 2007 . This exists with or without printing on the back.

This was used at the Agora bus terminal in Cagayan de Oro City on March 21, 2010.

This was used at the public restroom of the public market at Cabadbaran City on Oct. 10, 2010.

The red P1 (large size) was used at the public restroom of the Malaybalay City bus terminal (fee was P2) on Feb. 24, 2009 and another on Dec. 20, 2009. It also exists with no printing on the back, used in 2002.

The yellow P5 was used at the public restroom of the Malaybalay City bus terminal on July 16, 2011.

I have no notes for the red P1 (small size) except that it was used in 2003. This was issued without printing on the back.

The green P1 was used at public restrooms: of Kisolon (in Sumilao) Public Market (fee was P3) on July 1, 2012 and on March 28, 2014, Lorega bus terminal in Kitaotao (P3) on Oct. 4, 2014, and Maramag Food Court (P3) on Oct. 4, 2013 and on Oct. 2, 2014.

Official Cash Ticket: Bohol

With the issuance of Official Cash Tickets by local government units (don't know when, probably early 2000s), a revenue philatelist who attempts to catalog all issues would be challenged.

This one for Bohol was used for entrance fee of vehicles at the Carmen Chocolate Hills Center (or Complex) on June 1, 2005. It's part of a pane of 20.

Official Cash Tickets have been in use since the 1930s and are kept by collectors of revenue stamps.

These were used as governmental receipts for payments in small denominations (for a variety of purposes, usually in public places).

The P1 red was used at the Cagayan de Oro Port on January 31, 2002.
