EFO 1981 San Lazaro surcharge

Two printing freaks on this stamp:
Black dot between the 4 and 0 of 40s, and color shift causing the black inscriptions to have blue shadows.
40-sentimo surcharge of 1981 on 90-sentimo San Lazaro Hospital stamp of 1978.
