EFO 1981 Rizal Monument

There are two varieties on this 1981 Rizal Monument corner block of four: A ring flaw on the lower left stamp (above the letters AL of RIZAL), and a broken right frameline on the upper right stamp.

 Not listed in Ngo's specialized catalog.
