EFO antismuggling overprint

Overprint shifted to right

After my November 23, 2015 post on this blog, I had a feeling I would find this EFO of the Rizal green definitive overprinted in 1966 (minus the 1973 surcharge) with the red overprint shifted to the right.

 My first EFO discovery this year, last Saturday. This is unrecorded in the IPPS EFO catalog.
