BATA: ILIGTAS SA DROGA (Slogan Canceller)
December 19, 2017 This year the Council for the Welfare of Children celebrates the 25th year of the National Children's Month.On December 13, 2017 the Philippine Postal Corporation will issue a commemorative cover with the slogan, "BATA: ILIGTAS SA DROGA!" cancelled on the. R.A. No. 10661 declares every November as the National Children's Month (NCM) with the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the National Youth Commission (NYC) as lead agencies.
