APO auction May 2017

Some 20 bidders participated in the auction sale of APO Philatelic Society held today at the Philpost lobby.

With only 405 philatelic and nonphilatelic lots listed, the sale didn't take long -- it was over in just two and a half hours.

Philippine Philatelic Federation representative Rey Ong de Jesus made an announcement before the bidding commenced: this year's Aseanpex will be held at SMX on the first week of November, there will be 400 frames (200 for philatelists from the other Asean countries, and 200 for collectors in the Philippines), and it will be noncompetitive. He urged those around to join the show.
