Two examples of shifted overprints on the Girl Scouts Asia-Pacific Regional Camp issue of 1981.

(The camp was held on December 23, 1980, but this provisional stamp was released in 1981).

Both shifted overprints are unrecorded in Ngo's specialized catalogue.

These were my EFO discoveries last September 25.
