In Ngo's specialized catalogue an EFO of this 30s Asian Pediatric Congress stamp issued in 1974 lists a "white inscriptions at left broken due to overflow of ink for background color".

As my EFO discovery last September 15 shows, the white inscriptions at right are the ones broken.
