One of two FDCs for the HONG KONG '97 Stamp Exhibition held from February 12 to 16, 1997.
Philippines issued this souvenir sheet, a se-tenant block of six stamps with a printed margin around, using the same designs of previous New Year stamps (with different denominations and a year date of 1997). The margin depicts Chinese Zodiac signs.
This exhibit was the 11th Asian International Stamp Exhibition.
