One of my EFO discoveries in the 1990s:
Black shifted downward, slanted rightward (note head of woman and white space in between blue color and black bar where the inscriptions in reverse are).
This is unrecorded in the IPPS EFO catalog.
This stamp was part of a set of three issued on Sept. 6, 1970, for the 15th International Conference on Social Welfare.
